So if they shut down the federal government, will they promise to keep it shut for a little while? Or how about a day or two a week — forever?

Wait, aren’t you a Libertarian? You don’t really want the government telling you and your wife when to bring a pregnancy to term, do you? If so, be sure to send me your new North Carolina mailing address. Seriously, Lincoln should have tossed the civil war, we’d all be better off without those states that suck up a disproportionate amount of government spending and then complain about government spending. The hypocrisy in that is just silly.
