Ed Koch Gives ’em Hell

Is there anyone tougher or more New-York authentic than former Mayor Ed Koch?  Here Koch lambastes fellow Democrat Assemblyman David Weprin in a recorded telephone call for engineering a scare campaign targeting Queens and Brooklyn senior citizens.  Weprin, a creer politician, is running  in a special election for congress next month.
